At Frameshade.com, every window shade is custom-made to your exact specifications, including size, fabric, color, and features. Because of this personalized production process, we have established the following policies to ensure transparency, fairness, and protection for both parties.

🔒 All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable once an order is submitted and production begins.

  • Please review all measurements, color selections, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

  • Frameshade is not responsible for errors in customer-provided measurements or order information.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer

  • Change of mind after production has started

  • Product dissatisfaction due to color variance from screen to fabric in-person (free samples are available upon request before ordering)

✅ Replacements for Defects or Shipping Damage

We will gladly replace your product at no cost to you if:

  • The item arrives defective due to a manufacturing issue

  • Your order was damaged in transit

  • You received the wrong product or specifications differ from what was confirmed

Requirements for Replacement:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damage, defect, or discrepancy

  • Retain original packaging when possible for inspection or return shipping

📦 Shipping Policy

  • All items are carefully inspected and securely packed prior to shipment.

  • If your product arrives with visible damage, please note it with the carrier upon delivery and contact us immediately.
